These Terms of Service govern your use of scamexposed.com and any ScamExposed checker made available at app.scamexposed.com. By using the site or checker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational information only

ScamExposed provides general educational, pattern-based risk indicators and safety guidance. It is not a law-enforcement, credit-reporting, legal, financial, cybersecurity or verified scam database. Checker results do not establish that any person, phone number, email address, website or organisation is a scammer, safe or unsafe. Always use independent judgment and verify important information through official channels.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and do not submit information you are not entitled to share.
• Do not use results to harass, defame, discriminate against or make accusations about another person or organisation.
• Do not submit passwords, one-time verification codes, payment-card details, identity-document numbers or other highly sensitive information.
• Do not interfere with, probe, copy or misuse the site, checker or its security controls.

Accounts, limits and paid access

The checker may offer a limited number of free checks and paid credit packs or subscriptions. Usage limits, prices and included features will be shown before purchase. Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse or a breach of these Terms.

Payments and cancellations

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled through the relevant billing process. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any applicable taxes. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law are not affected.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and useful but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScamExposed is not liable for loss arising from reliance on checker results, actions taken by third parties, service interruptions or information submitted by users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site or checker, and may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and contact
